Marcus was great to work with. He was very patient and had an answer for every question we had. It’s tough to decide flooring when you have so many GREAT options. We ended up having our wood floors refinished and new tile put in as well. The entire crew worked in unison for a seamless install. The attention to detail was incredible. Our floors were so beat up and now everything looks great/modern and brand new. I would highly recommend reaching out to flawless flooring for any flooring need. Pricing was great considering the amount of time/effort. They even caulked my baseboards after installing!!!!

We had a new LVP floor installed over our old maple floor, which just wasn’t withstanding the daily rigors of three German Shepherds. The floor itself is quite beautiful, and we were very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of all involved, specifically James, Mauricio and Marcus. I think the name Flawless Flooring is meant to be hyperbole-- but truly every aspect of our experience from the work crews, the schedule, to the finished product itself was indeed flawless. Can't recommend Lance and his crew enough for refinishing and restoring our hardwood floors and helping us lay some new wood and vinyl in our new home. Always polite, always on time, and always incredibly responsive-- best all-around contractor experience I've ever had. Highly recommend.
