They were friendly, on time, and communicated every step so we were in the loop. There was a minor issue with one of the transitions, but they came back to fix it with no hassle at all.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted the floors replaced before our move in date. When we stopped into the Delafield store we met Ken. He was very helpful in teaching us all about our options and showing us several examples to consider. He was a no pressure sales person, leaving the final decision to us. He then managed to order supplies and set up dates with a promise to get the installation completed prior to our move in date. This meant working long days and some weekend hours for Zach and Scott, who were friendly and professional. They were very particular and passionate about the job that they were doing. We also met Dave, the owner, as he pitched in to see to it that the job was done in the time that they had promised. It was such a pleasure to work with so many kind, professional people, who truly aim to please their customers and take pride in the work they do.
