Dave K was fantastic! He showed up on time, was very friendly and professional! He took out the carpet and refinished our beautiful hardwood floors beneath in great time! I absolutely loved the work completed and it was fairly priced! Anyone I know who needs flooring work done will be recommended to Flawless in the future. I can't wait to have them back again for our upstairs flooring work. Great job Dave!

Thank you Flawless Flooring where your work matches your name. We are from out of state and needed flooring we had previously purchased elsewhere, installed in our condo in Delafield. Ken Adams was so helpful and there was absolutely no hesitation even though we weren't buying their product. Ken quickly provided a quote and got us on the schedule. Our floors were installed by Max who not only did a great install but was constantly cleaning up as he worked and he worked hard. Once again it was all about the customer. The next morning we discovered problem with our dishwasher where new flooring had been installed. We called Ken and he apologized for the inconvenience said that they would try be out later that day or the next day which was just fine. Within an hour I received a call from Dave at Flawless stating he heard we had a problem and was it ok if he came right over to check it out and I said sure. Dave quickly made the repair and and after some small talk thanked me again for my business and left. Later that same day Ken followed up to make sure I was taken care of and I told him Dave had come out and completed the repair and what a nice guy he was. Ken then informed me that Dave was the owner of the company ! Dave never said a word about who he was, he simply just took care of his customer. I apologize for the lengthy review but it is so rare these days and such a breath of fresh air to have folks like Flawless that live up to their name and understand the value of good old fashioned customer service and quality work. My hats off to you Dave, your company and your team of true professionals. We will be back and are telling other to give you call 👍 Respectfully, Jeff
