We cannot say enough about our experience with Flawless Flooring. We did quite a bit of research before transitioning from carpet to engineered hardwood in our living/dining room area both on the product itself, as well as who we chose. Flawless Flooring exceeded all of our expectations from beginning to end. Lance, our sales rep, was exceptionally patient with all of our questions and concerns. The communication and estimate process with Dina was professional each step of the way. AJ and Ken were truly craftsmen who installed our flooring/baseboards with care, pride of workmanship and excellent attention to detail. They were courteous, cleaned up when they left and finished on schedule. Our new floors have truly transformed our home into a beautiful and updated showcase ... we love them!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Flawless Flooring, specifically the Delafield location. The two employees working the showroom were both very pleasant and incredibly helpful without that salesman feeling. We had Marcus come out to measure and Keith and Zach as installers and every step of the way every one was so nice and helpful. We asked a lot of questions from every one and they were always answered with patience and knowledge. We will be repeat customers. We visited several other flooring stores in the area and there was no comparison. This level of customer satisfaction cannot be beat. Thank you to every one involved in our install.

Flawless Flooring repaired and refinished our hardwood floors that were damaged by a dishwasher leak. The team at Flawless Flooring are very professional and always willing to take the time to answer questions. They arrived on time everyday, worked hard to get the job done on time and produced a beautiful product. It was hard for us to pick a stain but the team was patient and helped us through that decision. Marcus always responded quickly to messages and was always available before, during and after the project finished to answer questions. If we had any concerns they were always addressed immediately. My floors turned out beautiful! They look seem less and you would never know we had water damage and two different types of hardwood floors! We would not hesitate to use Flawless Flooring again in the future.

Flawless Flooring is great. They refinished my wood floors that hadn't been done in more than 25 years (since they were installed)! I had forgotten how beautiful they are! Delighted with the finished product. Plus, they were neat, fast and efficient. I was worried about a lot of dust, but there really wasn't any. It was hard work for them -- but well worth the reasonable cost. Wish I had found them much sooner! Highly recommend!
