It’s a real wood surface with the durability and water resistance of LVP. Once again, turned out beautifully. From the customer service, to the craftsmanship, to the clean up, it was..….”flawless”. A job well done. Their new showroom in Delafield is impressive. It’s huge and offers countless brands of flooring. The design of the showroom itself has a touch of elegance. Our Project Manager Tom (works out of the Delafield store) was great to work with and made us feel like our selection of the right LVT for 2 of our bathrooms, the scheduling of the job, and making sure that the installation was completed to our satisfaction, were his #1 priorities. Installers Zack & Keith were punctual, happy to answer any questions we had for them, and left the rooms as clean as when they arrived. We would not hesitate to use Flawless again, and recommend you give them a shot at your next flooring project.

Flawless Flooring was great! They gave our 100+ yr old East Side oak hardwood floors a makeover and they look awesome! We have gorgeous staircase that we didn't want to touch, so we had to match the existing color and FF nailed it. Another company wouldn't touch our floors - told us they needed to be completely replaced, including the subfloor, which was obviously not the case. FF was also the only company who could complete the job quickly (w/in 2-4 weeks), while others were booked months out. Extremely happy and would definitely use Flawless Flooring again!

The two employees working the showroom were both very pleasant and incredibly helpful without that salesman feeling. We had Marcus come out to measure and Keith and Zach as installers and every step of the way every one was so nice and helpful. We asked a lot of questions from every one and they were always answered with patience and knowledge. We will be repeat customers. We visited several other flooring stores in the area and there was no comparison. This level of customer satisfaction cannot be beat. Thank you to every one involved in our install.
