When we walked in the door at Flawless Floors we were greeted by Marcus, and we had an outstanding experience with him. He helped us decide on the materials and got us set up for measuring within 2 days! And it was great having him be the person who came to our house! We were very confident in his obvious knowledge and professionalism (while being easygoing as well). I’ve already referred others to him! Max was great as well - he installed our new floors with great care and explained everything. We also checked out another flooring place in Waukesha (Stu’s) and their quote was hundreds more. We’ve had a poor experience with Carpetland in the past too - so we’re serious Flawless Fans!

We contracted with FF-Delafield twice in the past year. We had them install a Mannington Adura product in our kitchen and most recently an engineered hardwood Mannington product in our great room and hallway. We had some minor repairs that needed to be made on the kitchen floor but each time we called their response time was immediate and they took care of the issue. They stand behind their workmanship so that is why we went with them again. Our great room floor truly went in "flawlessly" and we love it! They do care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. The showroom is also nice as they have large samples that you can check out so it is easier to visualize what the floor will look like. We took home a lot of samples which looked very different our house vs the showroom. They also were able to schedule our installations in a very timely manner. Overall we are very happy with our floors and would recommend Flawless Flooring!
