The other two times it was from different companies and they were done sloppy, I was so disappointed. I reached out this time to Flawless Floors. Their team was so professional and understood my concerns about my past bad experiences. They reassured me that I was in good hands and that certainly was the case. Thomas did a perfect job and it was literally flawless. My floors are beautiful! They are solid hickory and they look brand new. I can recommend this company to take care of your investment (as solid wood floors are). Their pricing was reasonable and competitive with a professional visit and solid estimate. I will use them for all my flooring needs in the future, this is a class act company.
