We contracted with FF-Delafield twice in the past year. We had them install a Mannington Adura product in our kitchen and most recently an engineered hardwood Mannington product in our great room and hallway. We had some minor repairs that needed to be made on the kitchen floor but each time we called their response time was immediate and they took care of the issue. They stand behind their workmanship so that is why we went with them again. Our great room floor truly went in "flawlessly" and we love it! They do care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. The showroom is also nice as they have large samples that you can check out so it is easier to visualize what the floor will look like. We took home a lot of samples which looked very different our house vs the showroom. They also were able to schedule our installations in a very timely manner. Overall we are very happy with our floors and would recommend Flawless Flooring!

We worked with Tom at their new Delafield store. He listened to our needs, made meaningful recommendations and answered all of our questions. The install went super. We had one minor hiccup due to a defective piece and Dave the owner stepped in and had the issue corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. We will use Dave and his team for future projects.
