I recently had old carpeting removed and new carpeting installed throughout my living room, den, hallway, two bedrooms, and closets, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Billy and Kiara were exceptional from start to finish—polite, accommodating, and consistently professional. They even took the time to screw down squeaky floorboards, assuring me it was no trouble at all. Their workmanship was methodical, thorough, and clearly rooted in experience. Billy’s expertise was especially valuable when reviewing seam placement. He explained his recommendations, consulted with me at each step, and executed the work with true craftsmanship. Both installers were personable, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly and left the home spotless. I also want to acknowledge Justin, whose knowledge and patience in the showroom played a major role in my decision to purchase from your store. He spent considerable time helping me compare samples, understand padding options, and promptly followed up with pricing and scheduling information. Lance was equally professional and helpful during the measurement appointment, offering guidance that ultimately led to a better overall installation plan. The carpet looks beautiful, and the customer service I received at every stage was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend your store for anyone’s flooring needs. Thank you!

My husband & I wanted to have our carpeted flooring changed to wood & carpet , we just did not have a clue to which business to go to. One day we were out for dinner, and saw a Flawless Flooring van - it was a good omen. Convenient for us, we went to the New Berlin store. In 2 days we made decisions on type of wood flooring and berber carpeting. Within 3 week, delivery and installations were completed. The store staff-Jessie, estimator, and installation professionals were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. With a quick shout out to installation professionals (Billy/Kiara-carpeting & Jeremy, wood flooring) , they were on time, willing to ensure your expectations were met, got the jobs done as scheduled, and outcome of installations were exceptional. My husband & I had a wonderful experience with the whole process, and would highly recommend Flawless Flooring!

We used Flawless Flooring to have new laminate floors installed in the kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Dena, Alex, and Dave were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We took forever trying to match our golden oak cabinets. There was another Dave who did the tear out of two floors. Chad did the installation. It was obvious that he’s been doing this for a long time. Both were skilled kind and prompt. They made sure we had the least possible interruption. We would definitely recommend them!!

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions. James and Chad not only did a great job but were fun to work with and respected our home and cleaned up after the install. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Bill & Terri Mitchell

9/23/24 Updating my review to 4 stars since flawless did try and correct the issues I had. With most of the issues I was experiencing. Dave the now operations manager did follow up to make sure I was happy with this very long process. I know he was very frustrated as well. Very disappointed 😔 through this whole process with flawless floors. The quote I received was fair so I decided to go with flawless floors. They were to match my kitchen floors or come close to it. To my surprise I walked in and saw that it was NO where near the color of my kitchen. So I called and asked what was going on. They stated the easiest thing they could do was redo my kitchen in this very dark stain. So I approved it since I wanted to get my house listed. I came back from my out of state vacation to find that the floors had buff marks all over them. I called the office and asked if they were finished doing the floors since there was absolutely no communication from them. They stated that they were. Shocked that a company with such good reviews would be so careless , reckless and unprofessional. I had to call them back in and ask if the buff marks and the drum sander that was taking down way too low in the spare bedroom was normal. They did redo the floors to a color I liked but it was far from flawless. Pictures are below. I really wanted these people out of my house since they have wasted a month of my time, I just paid what was remaining on my bill! Please look over all there work! This process way so long and disappointing. They had stain all over my white base boards spent 2 days cleaning and repainting them. I gave a 2 star because the sales guy and office staff were nice nice. Please look over their work throughly! Nothing but flaws! Flawless floors NEVER did a color sample for the first color that THEY picked not me!!!!!! That is absolutely BS!! I called and asked them what they could do to make things better, once I saw the color they picked. I should have just asked for what I wanted instead of asking Flawless floors what was easier for them!! As my first review stated I like the color now that I got to pick it!!! But as you can see in the pictures they are not flawless which I told them that. Look at the closet look at my spare bedroom pictures. Operations manager? No one meet me after the project was finished? A complimentary cleaning kit? How is writing this response??? You clearly were not involved at all in this process… I will be contacting the office again! You can clearly see the pictures. What a horrible reply by a business.
