I enjoyed working with Flawless Flooring from start to finish. We had 4 different types of hardwoods in the house including a cherry wood that we were trying to make look more seamless. Dave came out to provide an estimate, listened to my goals, and discussed possible options. He was nice, professional, and had great communication. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in immediately. They even worked through the weekend to finish up within the timeline provided. Andy and his crew worked hard and were very efficient throughout the process but their customer service really shined when it came time to choose a stain. They sampled several stains for me and discussed all my options while providing their professional opinion. I never felt pressured or like I was wasting their time. It was clear they wanted their customer to be happy with the results. And I certainly am. We ended up doing two different stains for the original quoted price and the results speak for themself. If you are looking for a company that can work with cherry floors or just looking to refinish any hardwood floors, I highly recommend Flawless.

We are extremely pleased with everyone at Flawless Flooring and our hardwood flooring installation. The office staff, Dina and Emily were friendly and helpful. Our installers Zac and Darren were awesome and “Super” Dave did all the sanding, staining, and finishing of our new hardwood floors. When it came time for the work to be completed, they showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. They were always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had and always made sure to clean up after themselves. The work they did for us was top-notch and the end result is fantastic. The entire experience with Flawless was great. The estimate process was straightforward, the crew that refinished the floors were fantastic and kept the job site clean, & the crew that came in afterwards to complete the baseboards and quarter round were also very good. I had a shortened time window to get my floors done unexpectedly. Dave worked with me and asked his team to work the weekend so I was able to move into my new home. They made it so easy for me not to be worried. The work was perfect...my floors are beautiful, everything is clean, and the customer service from Dave, his team, and the office was superb. Flawless flooring was excellent from start to finish. Tom at the showroom room was excellent in answering all of our questions regarding what flooring type would be best. They have a terrific selection to see and samples to take home. Install crew were very experienced, on time and respectful during the entire process. We had LVP installed throughout our entire first floor and couldn’t be happier with the final results. Highly recommend for any of your flooring projects!
