We had Flawless Flooring to do our bathrooms floors this summer after they installed our kitchen floor last year. We were happy with the results. Special thanks to Jame, the installer! He was on time, professional and easy to work with. Marcus walked us through the whole process. He gave us advice on choosing materials and colors. He was patient and honest on price. He listened to our concerns and took time to meet our needs. We would recommend this floor company to anyone who needs to get the floor project down.

We purchased a home in which the living/dining/kitchen and hallways already had beautifully refinished hardwood floors, but the three bedrooms had not been re-done. Jake and Sean from Flawless Flooring in New Berlin did an outstanding job of re-finishing the bedroom floors, with a excellent match to the already-completed areas in the house. We bought our 1929 house in 1984 and after 40 years and 4 kids we decided to have most of our floors redone. Dave came over and helped us decide what stain to use with our maple and oak floors. We were out of town for 3 weeks but gave them access and Dave sent us progress photos. Overall are very pleased with the results and can’t wait to get our furniture moved back in. We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best.
