We had the pleasure of working with Dave and Andy — an absolute dream team! Andy did a truly impeccable job removing our old flooring, feathering new hardwood boards with existing boards, and refinishing the entire first floor of our home. He and Dave were both great communicators, very responsive, and always professional and friendly. For as busy as they are, our project always felt like their top priority. They delivered exactly what we were looking for, ran the project perfectly on schedule, and made sure we were thrilled with the end product. I am a interior designer that focuses on remodeling and new home construction. We recently purchased a property where we needed a large amount of flooring to be refinished, not only did flawless flooring have competitive pricing they did a fabulous job! I have had many floors refinished and this is my favorite yet, Thomas was and did an AMAZING job!

Flawless Flooring truly is flawless. We hired Flawless Flooring to remove the old vinyl flooring, baseboards, and shoe molding in our master bath and install new vinyl plank flooring, as well as new color matched baseboards and shoe molding. After the majority of the new floor was installed, an unforeseen issue was discovered that would have left the floor too low for the new toilet to be correctly installed. Once the issue had been discovered, our project manager discussed the issue with the owner and the decision was made to pull up the new floor and add an extra layer of plywood to bring the floor level to the toilet flange, correcting the issue. The new floor, baseboards, and shoe molding were reinstalled to finish off the floor and everything looks spectacular. We could not be happier with the choice we made. The management and crew of Flawless Flooring bent over backwards to make sure that the job was done correctly, and most importantly, to our complete satisfaction. We will certainly have Flawless Flooring back to do our next flooring project.

We had new hardwood installed throughout our home; From estimate to install to finishing, I can't say enough about this company. Everyone was so professional and courteous. The attention to detail was fantastic- You can tell everyone takes pride in their work. Dave, the owner, gave us a reasonable and accurate price including offering us multiple options to fit our budget. Dave, Dave K. and Bronco informed us of our options and worked tirelessly to make sure we were satisfied with our options. Justin brought samples to our home to help us with our selection. Everyone I met from this company really cared about making sure we were happy with the finished product. Our new flooring looks amazing- we've been getting so many compliments. We can't be happier!!!

We had new hardwood installed and existing hardwood refinished, and only fantastic experiences with both. From asking a million questions at their showroom to scheduling to installation, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Specifically, we worked with Marcus, Dave, Andy, and Jeremy. They were all fantastic to work with. Marcus especially was helpful throughout the whole process, always available, and never tried to push a sale. The whole team was also very flexible, as we changed the scope of our work a few times. We used a border in our great room for separation from our existing floor. It's all the same species, maple, but the finishes were slightly different. The border ties them both together. We are completely thrilled...just what we were envisioning! Our installer was meticulous and very personable!

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions.
