My wife and I decided to upgrade the flooring in our kitchen. We worked with David Braunsdorf, the owner of Flawless Flooring, who came to our home and offered some great ideas to get us started. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. The project had a couple of surprises (as home renovations often do), but what really impressed us was how professionally and promptly those issues were handled. That’s what separates a good company from a great one. The quality of the work was excellent, the crew was respectful and efficient, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. We would absolutely use Flawless Flooring again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a flooring upgrade.

We had new hardwood installed and existing hardwood refinished, and only fantastic experiences with both. From asking a million questions at their showroom to scheduling to installation, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Specifically, we worked with Marcus, Dave, Andy, and Jeremy. They were all fantastic to work with. Marcus especially was helpful throughout the whole process, always available, and never tried to push a sale. The whole team was also very flexible, as we changed the scope of our work a few times. We would strongly recommend working with Flawless Flooring!

We used a border in our great room for separation from our existing floor. It's all the same species, maple, but the finishes were slightly different. The border ties them both together. We are completely thrilled...just what we were envisioning! Our installer was meticulous and very personable!

We used Flawless Flooring to have new laminate floors installed in the kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Dena, Alex, and Dave were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We took forever trying to match our golden oak cabinets. There was another Dave who did the tear out of two floors. Chad did the installation. It was obvious that he’s been doing this for a long time. Both were skilled kind and prompt. They made sure we had the least possible interruption. We would definitely recommend them!!

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions.
