Flawless Flooring did a great job on my floors back in July 2021 when I first moved into my home. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, helpful, and transparent. I had a tough time deciding on a finish at first so they sanded down a section to test out some options before I committed. The first photo is the living room floor before and the others are from after. I always recommend this company if I hear someone needs their floors refinished!

The entire team at Flawless Flooring were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From ordering to delivery, the process was incredibly smooth. Dave answered all the questions I had in regards to the install and choice of flooring. He was more than willing to share his expertise. So glad I went with Flawless Flooring. The end result was absolutely stunning. I will be sure to return for all my future flooring needs.

We had a wonderful experience hiring Flawless Flooring. They did an amazing job refinishing our old wooden floors. The guys were efficient and professional. Done in one day with excellent results. Would call them agai.

We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best. I could not be more pleased with the end product, the work this team did, and the ease of doing business with Flawless Flooring.

Workmen arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very courteous and answered any questions we had. They worked hard and continuously. First day all prep, sanding, and staining was done by 2:30. Second day clear coats done by 2:00. The kitchen, dinette, hallway, foyer, and risers look amazing. Very fair pricing.

Flawless Flooring repaired and refinished our hardwood floors that were damaged by a dishwasher leak. The team at Flawless Flooring are very professional and always willing to take the time to answer questions. They arrived on time everyday, worked hard to get the job done on time and produced a beautiful product. It was hard for us to pick a stain but the team was patient and helped us through that decision. Marcus always responded quickly to messages and was always available before, during and after the project finished to answer questions. If we had any concerns they were always addressed immediately. My floors turned out beautiful! They look seem less and you would never know we had water damage and two different types of hardwood floors! We would not hesitate to use Flawless Flooring again in the future.

I enjoyed working with Flawless Flooring from start to finish. We had 4 different types of hardwoods in the house including a cherry wood that we were trying to make look more seamless. Dave came out to provide an estimate, listened to my goals, and discussed possible options. He was nice, professional, and had great communication. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in immediately. They even worked through the weekend to finish up within the timeline provided. Andy and his crew worked hard and were very efficient throughout the process but their customer service really shined when it came time to choose a stain. They sampled several stains for me and discussed all my options while providing their professional opinion. I never felt pressured or like I was wasting their time. It was clear they wanted their customer to be happy with the results. And I certainly am. We ended up doing two different stains for the original quoted price and the results speak for themself. If you are looking for a company that can work with cherry floors or just looking to refinish any hardwood floors, I highly recommend Flawless.

Marcus was great to work with. He was very patient and had an answer for every question we had. It’s tough to decide flooring when you have so many GREAT options. We ended up having our wood floors refinished and new tile put in as well. The entire crew worked in unison for a seamless install. The attention to detail was incredible. Our floors were so beat up and now everything looks great/modern and brand new. I would highly recommend reaching out to flawless flooring for any flooring need. Pricing was great considering the amount of time/effort. They even caulked my baseboards after installing!!!!
