We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions. James and Chad not only did a great job but were fun to work with and respected our home and cleaned up after the install. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Bill & Terri Mitchell

I contracted Flawless Flooring to replace our laundry room flooring. I found Lance to be extremely knowledgeable and patient when selecting the perfect product for our project. Zack and Keith did an excellent job installing the product. They were friendly, professional and responsive throughout the project. Cleanup after the job was complete and they moved the appliances as needed. I would definitely use them on my next flooring project and would highly recommend Flawless Flooring for any flooring project.

Flawless Flooring is great. They refinished my wood floors that hadn't been done in more than 25 years (since they were installed)! I had forgotten how beautiful they are! Delighted with the finished product. Plus, they were neat, fast and efficient. I was worried about a lot of dust, but there really wasn't any. It was hard work for them -- but well worth the reasonable cost. Wish I had found them much sooner! Highly recommend!

9/23/24 Updating my review to 4 stars since flawless did try and correct the issues I had. With most of the issues I was experiencing. Dave the now operations manager did follow up to make sure I was happy with this very long process. I know he was very frustrated as well. Very disappointed 😔 through this whole process with flawless floors. The quote I received was fair so I decided to go with flawless floors. They were to match my kitchen floors or come close to it. To my surprise I walked in and saw that it was NO where near the color of my kitchen. So I called and asked what was going on. They stated the easiest thing they could do was redo my kitchen in this very dark stain. So I approved it since I wanted to get my house listed. I came back from my out of state vacation to find that the floors had buff marks all over them. I called the office and asked if they were finished doing the floors since there was absolutely no communication from them. They stated that they were. Shocked that a company with such good reviews would be so careless , reckless and unprofessional. I had to call them back in and ask if the buff marks and the drum sander that was taking down way too low in the spare bedroom was normal. They did redo the floors to a color I liked but it was far from flawless. Pictures are below. I really wanted these people out of my house since they have wasted a month of my time, I just paid what was remaining on my bill! Please look over all there work! This process way so long and disappointing. They had stain all over my white base boards spent 2 days cleaning and repainting them. I gave a 2 star because the sales guy and office staff were nice nice. Please look over their work throughly! Nothing but flaws! Flawless floors NEVER did a color sample for the first color that THEY picked not me!!!!!! That is absolutely BS!! I called and asked them what they could do to make things better, once I saw the color they picked. I should have just asked for what I wanted instead of asking Flawless floors what was easier for them!! As my first review stated I like the color now that I got to pick it!!! But as you can see in the pictures they are not flawless which I told them that. Look at the closet look at my spare bedroom pictures. Operations manager? No one meet me after the project was finished? A complimentary cleaning kit? How is writing this response??? You clearly were not involved at all in this process… I will be contacting the office again! You can clearly see the pictures. What a horrible reply by a business.

We had Flawless Flooring to do our bathrooms floors this summer after they installed our kitchen floor last year. We were happy with the results. Special thanks to Jame, the installer! He was on time, professional and easy to work with. Marcus walked us through the whole process. He gave us advice on choosing materials and colors. He was patient and honest on price. He listened to our concerns and took time to meet our needs. We would recommend this floor company to anyone who needs to get the floor project down.

We bought our 1929 house in 1984 and after 40 years and 4 kids we decided to have most of our floors redone. Dave came over and helped us decide what stain to use with our maple and oak floors. We were out of town for 3 weeks but gave them access and Dave sent us progress photos. Overall are very pleased with the results and can’t wait to get our furniture moved back in. Great work everyone!

We are extremely pleased with our new floor from Flawless Flooring. We had a new LVP floor installed over our old maple floor, which just wasn’t withstanding the daily rigors of three German Shepherds. The floor itself is quite beautiful, and we were very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of all involved, specifically James, Mauricio and Marcus. We highly recommend Flawless Flooring!

Ken was great to work with. He was very helpful and patient as we picked out our flooring. The workers at Flawless did an excellent job in laying the new flooring. They were also considerate and very professional and they understood our time constraints to get the project done timely. We are extremely satisfied with how the flooring looks.

We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best. I could not be more pleased with the end product, the work this team did, and the ease of doing business with Flawless Flooring.
