David and Josh of Flawless did an amazing job restoring the original pine floors in our 150 year old home. They had to reset all the nails in the floors that had drifted up over time (so they wouldn’t shred the sander) and replaced some of the most damaged boards with ones taken from elsewhere in the house. They are true craftsmen and took a real interest in our home and it’s history. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule and budget, and we’re a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend them more highly.
