Justin with Flawless Flooring was very prompt to respond, friendly and thorough, walking us through the entire project. Justin and the owner Dave, went above and beyond to accommodate our contractors aggressive timeline. The entire crew was friendly and did such a nice job replacing boards and refinishing the floor. You cannot tell the new boards from the old. The main crewmember Dave clearly communicated the steps throughout the project and did a wonderful job on the floors! Our floors look amazing!!! They refinished and stained the hardwood floor in our bedrooms, installed luxury vinyl planks everywhere else, and installed base and shoe boards everywhere. Lance, the salesman: knew everything about flooring, day and night compared to the big home improvement stores, humble, went above and beyond to serve us. Scott, the hardwood expert: he revived our hardwood floors as if they were his own, an epitome of conscientiousness, even came back in his spare time to correct a small imperfection that we did not even notice. Jimmy and Max, the install crew, with Jon their supervisor supporting them: hardworking and fun guys, with attention to fine detail, they became like family. Thank you so much, folks!
