My experience at Flawless Floors was outstanding. Emily knew everything that I needed to know about luxury plank vinyl flooring. She did a fantastic job of keeping me apprised of pricing and features of each sample that I selected. She suggested a 30 mm flooring which I ended up purchasing. I compared prices between other providers and Flawless Floors had the best price! Because I lived so far north up in Sayner, Wisconsin, I asked if she could have the flooring shipped to my home. She found a shipper that delivered the flooring to my garage door. I selected Flawless Floors after looking at their website. There were so many examples of flooring that they had already installed in customers homes and it made me want to go to their shop and see what they could provide. I went to the New Berlin location and found the service that Emily gave me to be outstanding! Thank you Flawless Floors for making this experience so easy for me.

We had a very positive experience with installation of Brazilian Teak in one of our bedrooms. We've used Teak hardwood in the majority of our house having it installed by Flawless Flooring 14 years ago. The bedroom we had done this week was very professionally installed and the color and floor blend in perfectly with the previously installed floor. I can't say enough about our experience!

My Husband had taken over a bedroom for his office and even though we had a carpet saver down it was still difficult for him to move his office chair when sitting at his desk. We decided to remove the carpeting in a room that wasn't being used and have FF install flooring that complemented the space. The updated space can now be used as an office and the bedroom can be a bedroom once more. Highlight: His office chair glides effortlessly. He is now giddy as a school girl when rolling around his office. [Bonus Points if you can name the movie that line is from?]
