Very responsive and timely. They were efficient and good with communicating the process. It was very smooth and really one of the best experiences we’ve had. They have a terrific selection to see and samples to take home. Install crew were very experienced, on time and respectful during the entire process. We had LVP installed throughout our entire first floor and couldn’t be happier with the final results. Highly recommend for any of your flooring projects!

Marcus Smalls, our point of sale manager, was incredibly responsive, thorough, kind and honest from start to finish providing five different cost estimates, answering all my questions (sometimes more than once), and responding quickly to a last minute Sunday text. Dina, the office manager, was great with payment and scheduling. Zack and Darren made a great team for installing our solid hardwood from floor and decor skillfully and artistically. Our natural hickory had a lot of varied lengths and color variation, which takes more thoughtfulness in planning the layout. Zack even framed out our fireplace without being asked, and it looks stunning. We love our new flooring and the professional work they did with it! In my opinion, they are a top, local choice.
