Flawless recently installed a new LVP floor in our kitchen, and we could not be happier with the result. Our sales rep, Marcus, was so helpful throughout the course of the project - always at the ready to answer our many questions and help with decision-making. And James, our installer, arrived early on day 1 ready to go... but not without explaining his process to me and assuring me that the install would go smoothly. Both of these men were extremely professional and personable. I have to say that our experience with Flawless was, well, flawless. You'll love this company!

We just had tile and carpet replaced with one of Flawless Flooring's laminate products, and it looks amazing. The guys did our job in just two days, left no mess behind (which is unbelievable because there was so much tile to remove!), AND they were friendly, and efficient. We will have them do the same flooring in our kitchen because we are so happy with the results.

My experience was great from start to finish. We had our entire first floor wood flooring sanded and refinished. The price was fair and communication was excellent before and during the work—that includes with Tom, the sales guy who bid the job and helped me figure out how to stage the project so that we didn’t have to get a storage unit and movers for our humongous dining table, Dina who handled the schedule and contract and was super easy to work with, and the guys who did the work, who were awesome, gave plenty of timing updates and kept the job super tidy. Perhaps most importantly, the finished product is beautiful!!
