He helped us decide on the materials and got us set up for measuring within 2 days! And it was great having him be the person who came to our house! We were very confident in his obvious knowledge and professionalism (while being easygoing as well). I’ve already referred others to him! Max was great as well - he installed our new floors with great care and explained everything. We also checked out another flooring place in Waukesha (Stu’s) and their quote was hundreds more. We’ve had a poor experience with Carpetland in the past too - so we’re serious Flawless Fans!
