They were patient with us as we navigated the show room to select a wood floor we liked, even allowing us to take home several samples to compare. The staff was very knowledgeable on the different wood types, and helped explain how each would affect the look of the room or adapt overtime. Marcus and Dave were responsive to any questions or concerns we had for them, and offered a generous first responder discount on the project. The install team was quick, efficient, and professional and the floors look amazing. They even gave us a wood floor cleaning kit as a thank you. Highly recommend
