Our house is built in 1995 with wide pine plank flooring and antique square head nails. We moved here in 2006. 18 years later we were looking at replacing the flooring because it was so beat up and discolored. With no good replacement options, we came across Flawless Flooring. They are over an hour away from us, but still came out to look at the project and assured us that they could refinish the floors easily and quickly. The team that came out worked quickly and was very detailed from fixing scratches to setting nail heads and hand scraping and hand sanding where needed. They even went as far as to reset the nail heads, fill them in and match the color of the nail heads with existing the nails. Dave the project manager kept in constant contact with us and answered every question we had along the way. The whole process was fantastic. I can’t thank Dave and the team enough for all the detailed and beautiful refinishing work!!
