using Flawless Flooring is one of the best decisions I made. They were punctual, professional and polite. Tom my sales advisor was very helpful in the decision-making process. I went with oak hardwood flooring in my kitchen and hallway which was matched perfectly to existing hard wood in family room. they also installed tile flooring in laundry room and bathroom. Great job, don't hesitate to call them. you won't regret it.

Flawless Flooring is fantastic! Their work is really flawless! Jimmy is a perfectionist. He did our laminate flooring and also installed wood planks in our hallway to match up the hardwood flooring we found under our carpet in the living room. So then we had to switch from laminate to putting on a new finish on the hardwood flooring we didn't expect to find. then they even matched the color of our kitchen flooring to the hallway and living room. If you didn't know it, you would think it's all the same flooring! Flawless Flooring was great in fulfilling our changes and our needs for a reasonable price! If we take out the carpeting in the bedrooms, we would take Flawless Flooring again! Highly recommended!

We looked at many other flooring companies before choosing Flawless. Their expertise in understanding what we were looking for as well as their suggestions proved them to be the store you want to have your hardwood flooring installed. James, our initial installer, worked for three days to finish what we call "A Work of Art." Every plank was carefully chosen and installed by him who is obviously a Master Craftsman at his trade. Max, also a Master Craftsman, followed up with the finishing work to complete the perfect installation. We also could not be more pleased with the help of Lance and Dina to coordinate the project from beginning to end. Excellent design help, product offerings and installation !

The technicians did a wonderful job of removing 80+ years of old varnish and stain from our old floors to reveal the beautiful floors underneath. They took great care to provide the stain color and sheen to bring out the beauty of the floors. We will be hiring them again to refinish the other wood floors in our home.
