We are seeking an experienced flooring installer to become a valuable lead for one of our crews. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing floors and installing luxury vinyl, laminate and solid & engineered hardwood flooring as a leader of a floor installation crew. Our installers travel to various installation projects throughout the week, engaging with customers on a daily basis.
As an Installer Lead at Flawless Flooring, you will need to be organized, efficient and self-driven in your work as well as patient with and respectful to our customers.

We are looking to add motivated individuals to our company as Installer Apprentices. As an Installer Apprentice, you’ll be a member of one of our flooring installation teams. You’ll be responsible for proper floor prep and installing luxury vinyl, laminate and solid & engineered hardwood flooring. You will travel to several installation projects during a standard week, and you will interact with customers on a daily basis.
As an apprentice, your goal will be to prepare and become a Flooring Installer Lead within 6-12 months, at which point you will earn the use of your own company vehicle. To be successful, you will need to be organized, efficient and motivated to learn how to become a skilled flooring installer.

As a Refinisher Lead, you’ll be responsible for sanding, staining, applying finish and performing buff & coats to hardwood flooring at various project sites during a standard week.
To excel in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient and self-driven. You will also be interacting with customers on a daily basis and should always uphold patience and respectful behavior on-site.
