We are very pleased with our maple wood floor refinishing. Andreas was awesome and everything looks brand new. Dave came for our final walk through and we had found one small “miss.”He has promised to come back this coming week and make it right. We will definitely recommend FF to people we know.

It’s been 6 weeks since Flawless Flooring, New Berlin, refinished my white oak plank floors in my kitchen/breakfast area from honey oak to neutral. After a few normal kitchen spills and grandkid messes, the floors look as beautiful as the day David, Flawless Flooring Refinishing Technician, left my home dust free. I am a interior designer that focuses on remodeling and new home construction. We had new hardwood installed and existing hardwood refinished, and only fantastic experiences with both. From asking a million questions at their showroom to scheduling to installation, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Specifically, we worked with Marcus, Dave, Andy, and Jeremy. They were all fantastic to work with. Marcus especially was helpful throughout the whole process, always available, and never tried to push a sale. The whole team was also very flexible, as we changed the scope of our work a few times. We would strongly recommend working with Flawless Flooring!

We contracted flawless flooring to replace carpeting in our bedrooms and basement stairs as well as change some vinyl sheet flooring to “lvt” in part of our home. The experience was fabulous from choosing flooring and getting an estimate with Marcus to the install by Chad and James. We are thrilled with how things look and they made the experience stress free and answered all our questions. James and Chad not only did a great job but were fun to work with and respected our home and cleaned up after the install. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Bill & Terri Mitchell

We had our maple floors refinished from a light finish to a deep Jacobean. Tom was the easiest person to work with through the sales phase when we were determining what we would get done. Dave and his crew took over when we decided on refinishing. They even stayed late to provide me with samples on my flooring so I could see what looked best. I could not be more pleased with the end product, the work this team did, and the ease of doing business with Flawless Flooring.

I had a tough time deciding on a finish at first so they sanded down a section to test out some options before I committed. The first photo is the living room floor before and the others are from after. I always recommend this company if I hear someone needs their floors refinished!
